Jeff and his team are fantastic. They recently remodeled my mother’s bathroom and primary bedroom, and the results were excellent. Their prep work to protect the areas of the house not being remodeled was impeccable. They worked efficiently, communicated clearly, and the craftsmanship shows in every detail. My mom tends to have a lot of ideas—and they changed often—but Jeff handled everything with patience, flexibility, and professionalism. He made sure she got exactly what she envisioned. Shortly after her project was completed, my own home had a plumbing failure that caused water to leak through the ceiling. Jeff was able to squeeze us into his schedule and get everything sorted out quickly. He even coordinated with other contractors to help us secure a plumber and exterminator right away, saving us a lot of stress. We were very worried about our budget with these unexpected repairs, and Jeff was extremely considerate. He worked with us to prioritize what needed to be done immediately and what could wait. My family and I recently bought land located in Santa Rosa Beach as a beach house for the summer and we contacted Big Sun Development for our project. We are very satisfied with the result of our brand new home. The owner of this company was very cooperative and willing to make our goal achievable. The entire process was smooth thanks to the owner’s knowledge on prices and materials. He often gave us suggestions that were cost-efficient which is something that is rarely seen from other contractors and we are extremely grateful for that. For anyone looking for homebuilders in Walton County, please look no further than Big Sun Development.
